Single or multiple-design applications, priority claims, Locarno classes, and practical choices on deferment/publication. We also handle Romanian national filings when that’s the better route.

Prosecution & maintenance
We respond to formalities issues, keep timelines simple, and calendar renewals so rights stay alive.

Enforcement support
Comparison folders for quick takedowns, customs recordals, marketplace and social media actions, and coordination with our Investigations and Online Brand Protection teams.

Invalidity & defence
If challenged, we assemble prior art/prior disclosures, expert visuals, and written arguments; if you need to attack a copycat’s filing, we handle invalidity actions.
